RCIA: CHRISTIAN
INITIATION OF ADULTS
Team leaders,
catechists and sponsors working with adults who are to be baptised and/or
confirmed at Easter. Weekly session.
BAPTISM PREPARATION
Assisting parents of
infants to be baptised to understand their parental responsibilities and the
liturgy of baptism.
SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION
Working with children
and their parents to prepare for first reconciliation, and confirmation and
first communion.
MARRIAGE PREPARATION /
SUPPORT
Couples offering help
to those preparing for marriage and enrichment for those already living
Christian marriage.
ADULT FAITH FORMATION
Facilitating home
discussion groups (Lent and Easter) and organising occasional lectures,
seminars and workshops.
SOCIAL JUSTICE GROUP
Developing awareness of
the social dimensions of the gospel message and taking initiatives in favour
of justice and peace.
